Created by James Henderson, this worksheet was created from the power and control wheel of the Duluth program and from various other questionnaires. It is used by probation officers to assess the history and pattern of abuse or coercive behavior through interviews with both the victim and the defendant. If used properly it can educate the victim and defendant on what constitutes abuse and can help identify power and control tactics.
