Hope Lives Here Impact of the Family Peace Center (Summer 2019)

Created by Erin Schubert, PhD, Director of Outcomes and Evaluation at the Sojourner Family Peace Center, and supported by the Zilber Family Foundation, this report compiles data from each partner agency to highlight the services being provided to over 7,000 clients each quarter. It also reports on their findings after interviews with 161 clients over a two year period, demographics of the population being served, and the programs being conducted at the Center.
