Client Satisfaction Survey – The Family Justice Center of Ouachita Parish
Created by the Ouachita FJC, this is a Client Satisfaction Survey which asks questions regarding how satisfied the client was with the services they received and how happy they are with the progress they have made. The survey also includes a brief demographic questionnaire.
